We are here when you need us, whether you’re in bed with cough, common cold, or sinus infection. Commonly prescribed medications: Depending on your symptoms, I may recommend prescriptions, over-the-counter medications, home remedies, or seeking in-person care. Prescriptions may include antibiotics (such as Amoxicillin, Augmentin, Augmentin, or Azithromycin) for sinus infection, Benzonatate (Tessalin Perles) for cough, guaifenesin for congestion, or other symptomatic treatments for colds.
Cancellation Policy
Client Financial Responsibility Thank you for choosing First Priority Clinic PLLC for care. We ask that you read this form to acknowledge and agree to accept financial responsibility for services rendered by Provider to Client. I agree that I am legally responsible and agree to pay to the Provider for all fees, charges, and expenses incurred by the Client or owed to the aforementioned practice in connection to Provider providing care to Client. I acknowledge and agree that I am ultimately responsible for the payment to Provider for any and all services rendered by Provider to Client. No-Show/Cancellations No-shows and cancellations will be charged a $25 fee.
